The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is an innovation in the field of pressure measurement, incorporating state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. Utilizing advanced signal amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, it translates sensor signals into digital form. These signals are then meticulously processed for linearity and temperature correction within a high-performance microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a superimposed 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its strong performance against electromagnetic interference ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
