The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This remarkable device transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, resulting in precise digital signals. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Comprehensive data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexible and user-friendly configuration.

Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, conveying alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, on-site replacement is straightforward without needing readjustment.
