The ZY8000 series offers unparalleled accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (and the highest at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, making it adept at handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, meticulously engineered with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This cutting-edge device harnesses sensor-generated signals, which are amplified and swiftly converted into digital signals via a high-speed dual A/D converter. Subsequently, these signals undergo precise linear and temperature correction within the sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters employing the HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The critical measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs, ensuring robust data integrity. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and readily access measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes via the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility.

In the event of predefined faults, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and delivers control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' allowing for straightforward diagnosis and identification of the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through protocols like HART, FF, and PA. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring component is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
