The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a modular design for superior performance. Utilizing advanced signal amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, the sensor output is transformed into a digital signal. This signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol transmitters, the system directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three accessible adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The system can express alarms as warning or fault-protection currents and can automatically diagnose the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
