pressure is captured through remote
transmission
devices and then relayed to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary, ensuring precision.
This device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for applications that require the transmitter to be positioned away from high temperatures.
It is particularly suited for high viscosity fluids, mediums prone to crystallization, or corrosive substances. It finds extensive use in industries such as petroleum, chemical manufacturing, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and various machinery and equipment industries.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, offering significant savings in maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter can effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that constantly monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter initiates a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and indicates the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
