The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. When a fault occurs, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
