The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter redefines accuracy with an impressive basic precision of 0.1% FS, and an extraordinary peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unmatched stability and reliability.

Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals directly. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and conveniently access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly operation.

Upon fault detection, the LCD screen promptly displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
The diagnostic function is also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If any part of the electronic unit or measuring element fails, it can be replaced onsite without necessitating readjustment.
