The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., utilizes a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a streamlined modular design. The sensor's output signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs intricate linear and temperature corrections to ensure superior accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART using a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. On-site parameter adjustments are made effortless with three adjustment buttons, allowing users to read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing unparalleled versatility.

The ZY8000 series is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
