Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. It processes signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo linear and temperature correction via the microprocessor, ensuring high precision and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the ZY8000 converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can directly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be set via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series boasts integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its status. In case of a fault, it will activate fault alert mode, output alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and send control signals to the system interlock and SIS safety system. When a fault occurs, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze the fault, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
