Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Featuring integrated diagnostic functionalities, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD display will automatically show an error code, identifying the problematic unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.This feature makes the diagnostic and maintenance process more convenient and efficient..
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
