The ZY8000 boasts impressive basic accuracy at 0.1% FS, and can reach a peak of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then finely tuned through linear and temperature correction within a powerful microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. In the case of transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measurement unit data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently access measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the integrated LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF interfaces, offering unparalleled versatility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 model is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In case of faults, it triggers an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for ease of maintenance, repair, and replacement.simplifying maintenance tasks..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed as warning or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. Faulty electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
