The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter is a state-of-the-art, high-precision pressure and differential pressure transmitter, meticulously developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This cutting-edge product integrates the world's most advanced design philosophy and process technology. It features a world-class mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a highly reliable electronic module design, and a precision temperature and linear correction system. Combined with intelligent manufacturing technology, it ensures unmatched precision, exceptional stability, and consistent performance.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted into a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement data and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter is engineered to deliver a remarkable accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an incredible 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its operational status. If a fault is detected, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Our diagnostic functions can also be activated through communication protocols such as HART, FF, and PA. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
