The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy at an impressive 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then receives precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the HART protocol-enabled transmitter, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. When using the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, expect direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with the ability to read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is fully supported via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. When predefined events trigger a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and displays the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument straightforward and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warnings or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
