The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. It captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into precise digital data. This data is then meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For units equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts the signal into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, expect direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. All critical measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters in real-time at the measurement site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, while an LCD display offers instant access to measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Parameters can also be configured remotely through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When issues arise, the LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err), analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
