The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability. The sensor's outputs are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature compensation through an advanced microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with an overlaid HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function and can monitor its status in real-time. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), while analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed either as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
