The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an unparalleled basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time status monitoring. Should a fault arise, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and issuing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for unparalleled convenience.

via an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P). Ideal for high-temperature environments where the transmitter needs to be distant,
it is also suitable for high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline or corrosive mediums. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

Adhering to the exceptional performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
it incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and various types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling device maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. With excellent product stability, the highest accuracy at normal temperature reaches up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
