The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten continuous years of operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly, while its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure enduring stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon encountering predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance and repair.convenient.
Diagnostics can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarm signals presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
