The ZY8000 Smart Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and can achieve an exceptional 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stressors. The ZY8000 also boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating either warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.
