The ZY8000's basic accuracy for the intelligent transmitter is an impressive 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its best. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, effortlessly handling intense chemical and mechanical loads. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing faulty units, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
