The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000D delivers unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and indicates the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
