The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases the pinnacle of innovation by integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This cutting-edge device amplifies the sensor's signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs both linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is translated into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Key data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time readings, fault alerts, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, or FF protocols.
