The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, ultimately transforming into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, this signal is meticulously calibrated for both linearity and temperature accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the processed signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For those using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device outputs entirely digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and read measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring maximum flexibility and control.
