The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a state-of-the-art device, featuring a sophisticated mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting defined quantity events, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
