The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a pinnacle of engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This innovative device captures the sensor's signal, amplifies it, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring superior accuracy.
For models equipped with the HART protocol, the transmitter converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol support, it provides a direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users benefit from on-site parameter adjustments via three intuitive buttons, with results, fault information, and operational modes conveniently displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' during a fault, analyzing and displaying thefaulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element gets damaged, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without requiring recalibration.
