The ZY8000D product can achieve exceptionally high precision pressure measurement for gas,
liquid, and various other media. It is widely utilized across the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Furthermore, it offers excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000D.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' detect and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
