The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a stellar basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, signaling with an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The measured pressure is transmitted remotely
using advanced transmission devices, which then convey the data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. This system can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P) accurately, even under high temperatures (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away from the heat source).
It is ideal for high viscosity, easily precipitating, crystalline, or corrosive media. Widely utilized in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil filling device, maximize transmitter accuracy and ensure comprehensive clarity. The product boasts excellent stability and delivers the highest accuracy of up to 0.075% at normal temperatures. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather usage and compatibility with the HART protocol.
