The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the possibility of achieving a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. incorporates a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF output directly full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two EEPROMs. Users can fine-tune parameters directly on-site using three adjustment buttons. The measurement results, fault information, and operational mode are clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Our ZY8000 model integrates diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring of its status. In case of defined quantity events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, displaying alerts with electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
