The basic accuracy of the ZY8000D intelligent transmitter stands at an impressive 0.1% FS, with peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly lowering maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand intense chemical and mechanical stresses. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of an anomaly, it activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
