The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an impressive peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and completely sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand harsh chemical and mechanical conditions with ease. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter initiates a fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty component, simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
