The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter excels under severe chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it provides outstanding resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, emitting an alert electrical current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making the process more efficient and convenient.
