The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, utilizing state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a highly modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is converted to a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The crucial data from the measuring unit and the essential functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conveniently performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
