The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, integrates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor-generated signals are meticulously amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo rigorous linear and temperature corrections within a sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the system seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and easily read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering exceptional flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function that offers real-time monitoring of its own status. When the transmitter detects an anomaly, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, its LCD automatically displays an error message, analyzes the issue, and pinpoints the faulty unit, thus simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument,making it more convenient and efficient..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
