The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (reaching up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly saving on maintenance costs. Constructed with a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands stringent chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its own status. Upon detecting a fault, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze, and display the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement much simpler andmore convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
