The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display promptly shows an Err code, automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without needing readjustment.
