The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
The ZY8000 transmitter supports HART protocol, converting signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it offers direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is flexible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocol options.

The ZY8000 transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the faulty component can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
