The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to a remarkable 0.075% FS for the highest precision. Impressively, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, the transmitter features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, issuing an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This makes the upkeep of the instrument extremelyconvenient.
