The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of modern sensor technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signals go through an amplification process and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming into digital signals. These digital signals are then meticulously adjusted for linearity and temperature variations by an on-board microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signals are translated into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, which is superimposed with HART communication through a D/A converter. For transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals is achieved. The device's measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and convenience for various industrial applications.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. If an issue arises, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
