The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, making it resilient against extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 integrates a diagnostic function to monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows Err, analyzes the fault, and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
