Our ZY8000D Intelligent Transmitter is designed for high precision pressure measurement of gases,
liquids, and other mediums. It's widely utilized across industries including petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.
The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a top-tier accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Furthermore, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000D.
The ZY8000D comes with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
