The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. represents a pinnacle of modern sensor technology. Harnessing the power of an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design, this device ensures impeccable performance and reliability. The sensor's signal is amplified and swiftly converted to a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal then undergoes linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and consistent readings every time.
For the transmitter with HART protocol, the signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by a D/A converter. Those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, ensuring seamless integration into your existing systems. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three conveniently located adjustment buttons. The LCD display allows for real-time reading of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be efficiently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences are clearly displayed on the LCD screen with an 'Err' message, which analyzes and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
