The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, translating to substantial cost savings in maintenance. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifies and analyzes the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
