With meticulous linear and temperature corrections performed by an intelligent microprocessor, the ZY8000 ensures unparalleled accuracy in your measurements.
Embrace versatility with the ZY8000 transmitter. For HART protocol applications, it seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. In PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter configurations, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, enabling on-site parameter adjustments through three intuitive buttons. The clear LCD display allows you to easily view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, setup and adjustments can be managed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for maximum flexibility.

Diagnostic functions can also be accessed via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as either warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement component is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
