The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS (with potential to reach 0.075% FS) accuracy. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability under the most demanding conditions.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a groundbreaking device that integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then finely tuned through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For the HART protocol-equipped transmitter, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs, allowing users to seamlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons. Additionally, users can easily read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Parameter settings can also be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility.

Our ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined quantity anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
