The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter offers an exceptional accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen displays an error code (Err) when a fault is detected, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
