The ZY8000 series offers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable being 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components ensure it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it possesses excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing sustained high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 series is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it transitions to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays error codes and performs fault analysis, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Damaged electronic units or measuring components can be easily replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
