ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, adopting state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design, revolutionizes precision with cutting-edge technology. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This is followed by linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor for unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the transformation is into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, with real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes displayed on the LCD. Additionally, parameter configuration can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
