The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach an astonishing 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this state-of-the-art device maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, boasting an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and an innovative modular design. This device processes the signal from the sensor through an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precision and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. In the case of transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with the three adjustment buttons, accessing measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be set through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it triggers fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. Err messages are displayed on the LCD when faults occur, automatically analyzing and showing the faulty unit for easier maintenance and replacement.convenient.
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without the need for readjustment.
