Its durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features robust anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. When defined quantity events are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
