The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system transforms sensor signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, converting them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the HART protocol transmitter, the system converts digital signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication. Alternatively, for the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it provides direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols is seamlessly supported.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of any anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
