The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical conditions effortlessly. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D integrates advanced diagnostic functions, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This makes the maintenance process moreconvenient and efficient.
